A notorious gun smuggler, Hatfield, operates with his henchman Largo, trafficking weapons across the border. When a vigilant border patrol officer, Martin, thwarts one of their operations, he's imprisoned. However, the corrupt Sheriff, a close associate of Hatfield, orchestrates Martin's escape, kills him, and frames innocent Bob Crandall for the attempt.
