In Northern Ontario, a fire hall is overrun by incompetent firefighters. When a Japanese businessman, Mr. Matsuro, wants to build a factory in the town and sets his sights on the old fire station, the firemen are ordered to hire new recruits. The firemen come up with a bikini contest to attract beautiful women, but the plan is foiled when the Mayor discovers it and replaces the women with Mr. Matsuro's selection of Japanese recruits. However, the Japanese firefighters are heavier drinkers than the originals, and when a real fire breaks out, it may be up to the laid-off firefighters to save the day.
