Gonks Go Beat

Two music lovers from opposing backgrounds, one obsessed with rock and roll and the other enthralled by ballads, find common ground and romance in the 1960s.

In this 1960s fable, two musical communities, divided by their love of rock and roll or ballads, are reunited through the star-crossed love of a couple who defy their differences. The story is brought to life through the whimsical use of little furry puppets called Gonks.
