Four aging katoey, Taew, Cartoon, Mot-dum, and Songkram, run a boarding house for boys in rural Thailand. When two teenage deaths, including a beautiful local girl and an obese ladyboy, go unexplained, the ghosts of the teens haunt the dormitory, prompting the katoey to devise outrageous plans to rid themselves of the spirits. Ultimately, they discover that the only way to resolve the issue is to help one of the ghosts exact revenge for their deaths.
