Two mercenaries, Sammy and Klaus, are tasked with escorting a critically ill prime minister to safety across the border of a South American country recently taken over by rebels. As they're pursued by the rebels and the prime minister's health worsens, they take a group of nurses hostage, demanding they treat the politician quickly. As the nurses work to save the prime minister's life, romantic connections begin to form between Helga and Klaus, Katrin and Sammy, and Sophie and Hellen. However, their intimate moments are disrupted when a group of rebels suddenly arrives on the scene.
