A young boy named Jimmy grows tired of his mundane routine and blurts out a wish for time to stop. Miraculously, his desire is heard by the master clock, and everyone except Jimmy is petrified. A magical astronomer, with the help of his daughter Aurora, sends her to persuade Jimmy to assist her in reversing the chaos before the sinister Mr. Fig can exploit the situation to dominate the world.
