Three friends, Stevie, Chris, and Noah, take a camping trip after getting out of school for the summer, only to face various challenges, including a drug dealer, mischievous kids, and a menacing dog. Along the way, they reflect on their deceased friend Matt, who passed away from cancer a year prior, and pay their respects at his grave. Upon arriving at their campsite, they discover a mysterious figure, known as "Snake," who terrorizes the forest and campsites on his motorcycle. However, the group also meets a lonely man who has lost his family and forms an unlikely bond with the friends.
