A hapless ancient servant is transported to 21st-century Campania to fulfill the dying wish of a kind-hearted shepherd.
Pulcinella, a foolish servant, is sent from Mt. Vesuvius to modern-day Campania to fulfill the final wishes of a poor shepherd named Tommaso. His mission is to rescue a young buffalo named Sarchiapone.
