An action horror film follows Lyco Fontaine, a voodoo priest, as he searches for the ancient Port of Spain elephant relic, said to have special powers. When a group of couriers, including Shelly and Sandra Ruiz, Chucho, Bobby, and Darius, are hired to transport the relic, they unknowingly attract dark forces as Lyco's powers grow stronger. Meanwhile, a wealthy relic collector, Mrs. Maria Rueben, also seeks the relic and hires killers to eliminate the couriers and obtain it. The couriers must deliver the relic within 48 hours to prevent chaos.
