The second patient, Megan, tries to prevent her boyfriend from getting sucked into online advertising at "Monstercam.com," where fantasy and reality blend. The third patient, Stephen and Kate, host a dinner party where evil notions are shared, and the horrifying truth might be too much for Dr. Howard to handle.
