In this dark comedy, Ronnie, a delusional and inept mall security guard, is obsessed with catching a flasher and solving a series of thefts at Forest Ridge Mall. His grandiose ideas and lack of investigative skills lead to a series of misadventures, causing him to lose control and clash with Detective Harrison, a city cop tasked with solving the case.
