Bill Thompson, a middle-aged man, returns to his ranch with his young bride Janice and her supposed brother Lon. However, Janice and Lon are secretly in love and plot to take control of Thompson's wealth. Thompson's son Dan disapproves of his father's new marriage and is eventually forced off the ranch without his promised horses.
