In a post-apocalyptic world overrun by vampires, a group of survivors embark on a perilous quest to locate loved ones who may still be alive, or have succumbed to the undead, or exist in a state of limbo. As they seek refuge in what appears to be their last sanctuary, they soon discover that even the safest havens can become prisons, where trust is a luxury they can ill afford, and the line between friend and foe is perilously thin.
