Undercover agents Duke Masters and his pals, Pancho and Andy, are tasked by an express company to catch a gang of bandits who have been robbing stages carrying gold to cattlemen. They begin by hijacking a gold shipment and delivering it to the bank, where the cattlemen are eagerly awaiting their payment. However, the gang's boss, Big John Morgan, tries to pin the original robbery on Duke and his pals, but they outsmart him. With the help of bank president Sam Leavitt's daughter, Patricia, Duke and his friends successfully clean out the bank and cache the money at Leavitt's home. But Morgan and his gang are hot on their heels, leading to a thrilling chase.
