A small-town cowboy named Josh discovers his mother is alive in San Francisco, after his priest father reveals the truth before passing away. Josh sets out to find his mother, only to learn she abandoned him at birth. Along the way, he meets an attractive woman named Paris, who steals his wallet, and later encounters a rideshare driver named Murphy who introduces him to the city's seedy underbelly.
