A group of friends, originally headed to a rock concert, find themselves fighting for survival after taking a wrong turn. Initially seeking refuge at a hospital, they soon realize it's not a safe haven and are instead drawn into a strange and terrifying battle with Lydia, a demonic siren who needs their help to perform a dark ritual and achieve immortality.
