In the Australian town of Gretinsberg, a sense of relief settles over the residents as notorious serial killer "Silent Eyes" is finally brought to justice. To mark the end of a long and oppressive curfew, the town's teenagers plan a massive party. However, one young person, Oscar Novat, remains haunted by the trauma of his past. Having lost his parents and nearly his own life to Silent Eyes' brutal attacks, Oscar is plagued by disturbing visions that suggest the killer's reign of terror may not be over yet.
