A young woman, Madhu, is rescued by Karthik after a car accident and loses her memory. As she recovers, Karthik falls in love with her and they plan to get married. However, her memories start to return, and she discovers she is actually Sivaranjani, wife of Rishi. But Rishi reveals that Sivaranjani had an affair with his business partner Kaushik, who was cheating on her, and that she killed him. Sivaranjani is left with a wristwatch with bloodstains and a mystery to unravel.
