A notorious gang of cattle thieves has been wreaking havoc on the cattle drives near Hagerstown, stealing entire herds and selling them for a fraction of their value. U.S. Marshal Stormy has been tasked with putting an end to this lawlessness and recovering the stolen livestock. He begins by leading a group of brave cattlemen in a bold effort to protect the herd from the outlaws' attempts to steal it.
