In this film, two con artists, Barstow and Stevens, engage in a scheme to produce and sell counterfeit silver certificates, with the help of a local printer. However, their plans are soon disrupted by the arrival of Treasury Agents Chick Weaver and Throckmorton Snodgrass, who are working undercover to catch the criminals. When Chick's true identity as an Agent is exposed, Barstow sends his henchmen to eliminate him.
