In the next movie, government agents Tex and Ananias are tasked with apprehending a group of notorious rustlers operating in Santa Fe. Tex's keen instincts quickly identify Hendricks as a wanted outlaw, and after capturing him, he discovers that Hendricks plans to meet with a fellow rustler named Dorgan. Tex decides to intercept Dorgan instead, only to learn that the rustler intends to drive the stolen cattle through the Graham ranch, which is owned by Graham and his daughter Ruth. Complicating matters, Dorgan has set a trap to destroy the Graham Pass, making it difficult for pursuers to follow.
