The Cheyenne Kid background

The Cheyenne Kid

A man's mission to recover stolen cash takes a surprising turn when his horse is fatally wounded, prompting him to switch to an outlaw's horse and become mistaken for the outlaw in a small town. There, he's surprisingly offered a job as a hired assassin.

Tom Larkin, a man on a mission to track down a thief who stole his money, suffers a setback when his horse is shot out from under him. He then encounters an outlaw and, after a fierce battle, commandeers the outlaw's horse. When he arrives in town, he's mistakenly identified as the outlaw and is hired to kill a man. Unbeknownst to Tom, this man is actually the father of the girl who was supposed to receive the stolen money.
