In the midst of their lead singer's departure from the band, "The Choke" performs their final show, only to be trapped in an abandoned meat-packing plant turned nightclub, Club 905. As the tension escalates, a gruesome discovery is made: a groupie's mutilated body found in a meat locker. The group soon realizes they are being stalked by a ruthless killer.
