The Bramley Junior Fire Brigade, consisting of Bob and his siblings, live next to a fire station and enthusiastically follow the engines. After Bob reports a fire, he's initially commended by the brigade, but suspicion shifts to him when the fire is discovered to be the work of arsonists. With Bob's name under scrutiny, the Junior Brigade must investigate, identify the culprits, and clear Bob's reputation.
