In 1972, serial killers Dean Corll, Wayne Henley, and David Brooks meet Chicago's John Gacy at a candy convention. They bond over their shared experiences and stories of their crimes, including Gacy's habit of dressing as Pogo the Clown to lure in victims and Corll's use of teenage parties to procure victims. However, their differences soon become apparent as they argue over the fate of their captive, leading to a violent brawl.
