Rich, a man released from prison after 20 years, returns to his life of crime, despite warnings from his friend Skip. He reunites with old associates, including Kofi, Mickey Munday, and Don Kramer, and also meets new allies, including Bonnie, his ride-or-die girlfriend, and Kilos, a street goon. However, Rich's plans are threatened by an old rival, Convertible Burt, who is planning to take over the city's drug trade. As the two men engage in a series of battles to gain control, they must avoid law enforcement and other rival gangs, including the FBI, the Zoes, the Russians, the Miami Jackboys, the Columbians, and the Mexican cartel.
