After the Civil War, two Rebel soldiers, Bill and Tex, return to Texas, only to find Northern Major Clark and his troops imposing martial law and disarming the locals. As Bill uncovers Clark's true intentions, he sets out to gather proof, but when he returns, he discovers Tex in jail, facing a deadly fate.
