In modern-day Italy, a charismatic 19-year-old named Mark Draveni leads a group of teenagers known as the Demons, who are feared for their brutality. Mark's life is turned upside down when his pregnant girlfriend Giulia decides to keep their child, causing him to become increasingly unhinged. He finds solace in a new schoolmate, the mysterious and alluring Serena Cursi, but their relationship is short-lived as Serena vanishes without explanation. Later, Mark's uncle, a former friend of the Draveni family, warns him about Serena's curse, which is said to be linked to a symbol of a black stigmata on the right hand of her lovers. As the curse begins to take its toll, Mark must navigate a web of mystery and horror to uncover the truth behind Serena's sinister influence.
