An American man who became a Ninja in Japan after the war discovers he has a daughter and sets out to find her in America. However, his journey is threatened by a former protégé who seeks to stop him from breaking the Ninja code. Meanwhile, a drifter and wannabe hero saves a girl from a corrupt sheriff and learns about her family's struggles to save their airport from a scheming land developer. The two join forces with the Ninja to stop the villain and the drifter hopes to become a Ninja himself and help the Master find his daughter.
