Two people, one with bipolar disorder and the other dealing with grief, embark on a journey to build a peaceful and uncomplicated existence.
Nickie and Emily, two individuals with troubled pasts, find love in Toronto. Nickie, a cabbie, is haunted by the disappearance of his younger brother, while Emily, an aspiring artist, struggles with bipolar disorder. Despite their mutual attraction, their damaged souls pose a challenge to their relationship.
