A young man named Shin has been emotionally closed off since his mother's passing in childhood. His childhood friend Kotori has been his constant caregiver. As they enter their third year of high school, it seems they're finally ready to move forward, but a sudden appearance by another Shin from an alternate Japan throws their lives into chaos.
