Matt's documentary project documents the contrasting aspects of Los Angeles on the eve of the new millennium. He uses a map of the city and throws 20 darts, conducting an interview at each landing spot. However, his plan is disrupted by security guards, gangs, and traffic jams. Two eccentric interviewees hijack the film, introducing Matt to unconventional filmmaking methods, and the group embarks on a drug-fueled journey into the city's underworld.
Tomorrow Ends at Dawn
Matt embarks on a journey to explore the dual fascination and disillusionment of Los Angeles at the dawn of a new millennium, visiting 20 random locations and gathering stories through interviews.
