When the Eagle Claw Fighting Clan attempts to steal government gold, they're thwarted by the Lightning Whipper. After a second successful heist, the clan wounds the Lightning Whipper, but a surprise move by Lei Peng allows him to steal the gold and plan to return it. However, the vengeful To Pa frames Lei Peng for the robbery and he's arrested. To Pa then murders Lei Peng's family, except for his son, who escapes and is befriended by Lady Tieh. The son, along with the Lightning Whipper's children, rescue Lei Peng and join forces with Lady Tieh to form the Fearless Fights, determined to take down To Pa and recover the stolen gold.
