Two brothers, Curtis and Francis, embark on a perilous journey through the Amazon to find a rare beetle, but their adventure takes a deadly turn when Curtis is bitten by a snake. As the venom takes hold, he enters a hallucinogenic state and is captured by a tribe of Amazonian women. Curtis finds himself in a matriarchal society where he is forced to become a sex-slave-warrior, while his brother Francis is prepared for cannibalism.
