The Sundown Kid is freed from custody by Albo's men, who mistake him for the Sheriff due to their similar appearance. Albo then captures the real Sheriff and replaces him with the Kid, who unknowingly approves the sale of stolen cattle. However, the Kid's girlfriend soon arrives, threatening to expose the truth and disrupt Albo's plan.
