Young Galaa, a Mongolian boy, seeks a better life after his father's death. He's drawn to wrestling, rap, and junk food, but also feels an urge to help others. He visits a Buddhist monastery, where he's accepted and learns about the teachings. Despite his efforts, he struggles to reconcile his love for earthly pleasures with his desire to follow Buddhism.
