In Jerusalem's orthodox neighborhoods, Succoth is a time to celebrate life's essentials in a temporary shack, a symbol of both deprivation and hospitality. A devout couple, Moshe and Mali, who are struggling financially and childless, experience a series of unexpected miracles. They find a sukkah, receive charitable donations, and are visited by two escaped convicts who become their guests. However, these miracles soon become trials that test their faith and relationships.
