Bob Steele's prized Arabian stallion is stolen, and he sets out to recover it with his friend Jimmy Aubrey. Their investigation leads them to a horse ranch where they discover the stallion is running wild. However, they soon uncover a sinister plot by the ranch's foreman and his accomplices to steal the mares that follow the stallion, with the intention of selling them illegally across state lines.
