Eight years after leaving Kentucky, Givens balances his duties as a marshal with being a part-time father to his 14-year-old daughter in Miami. A chance encounter leads him to Detroit, where he confronts Clement Mansell, a violent sociopath known as The Oklahoma Wildman, who is determined to evade the Detroit police.
