Janie Collins, a talented marketing executive, travels to Woodland Falls to deal with her late Great Uncle Randall's estate. She's surprised to find Dylan, her childhood friend's older brother, living on the farm as his assistant. Uncle Randall leaves the farm to Janie, who initially plans to sell it, but decides to stay until Christmas Eve to organize the annual Winter Wonderland event. As she works with Dylan to prepare the event, Janie reconsiders her life path and her feelings for Dylan.
