Billy, a hopeless romantic, robs banks to hold onto his girlfriend Selina, who he believes only likes him for the thrill and gifts. He plans a final heist to buy a sailboat and sail away with her, but his face is recorded on a security camera. After hiding out at a hotel, he becomes recognized and extorted by locals, and learns Selina has been unfaithful. He finds comfort in the arms of a prostitute named Priscilla, who falls in love with him.
