Betty Boop is outraged when she witnesses a farmer brutally mistreating his animals. She sings a song to scold him, but this only escalates his abuse towards his farm animals. Desperate for help, Betty calls Professor Grampy, who arrives with a device to capture the farmer and take him to his Animal Aid Society.
