As the new campground season approaches, Ranger Brody, assisted by his nephew Dylan and niece Naomi, makes final preparations for the grand opening. But their tranquility is shattered when a monstrous, toxic-waste mutated giant rat begins to terrorize campers and rangers, threatening to destroy their peaceful retreat.
