A socially isolated and overweight boy, nicknamed "Butter", plans to broadcast his self-destruction online, expecting ridicule and disinterest. Instead, he finds himself the center of attention, with many encouraging his deadly plan. As he approaches his self-imposed deadline, Butter must confront the consequences of his actions and decide whether to continue or seek a different path.
