A TV director, struggling to cope with the aftermath of a severe car accident, discovers a mysterious group that channels the thrill of crashes to reignite their passion and desire.

A former TV scientist, scarred from a car accident, becomes fixated on the intersection of automotive technology and human sexuality. He forms a twisted bond with a crash victim and begins to engage in aberrant sexual acts within vehicles, involving other crash victims and prostitutes. His ultimate goal is a self-destructive merging of bodily fluids and engine coolant, driving him to madness.
