Undercover agent Victor Cooper, tasked with his ninth mission, investigates how drugs are being smuggled into Miami. Believing the drugs are being flown in, he joins a team of skydivers led by Red Line, a world-renowned athlete. As a natural winner, Vic becomes embroiled with the group and begins to lose his undercover identity, forming a connection with the team.
