Amidst a reintegration program for delinquents, a group of seven young campers and their counselor find themselves under attack by vicious birds in the woods. As the counselor falls and one of the campers is injured, a brutal leader emerges among the group, forcing the others to follow him as they fend off the deadly birds. Meanwhile, a hunter who has been attacked by the birds is found by a park ranger and taken to the hospital.
