A group of high school seniors embark on a luxurious cruise, "Lazarus," to celebrate their graduation. The trip starts off with revelry, but soon turns deadly when Jason, a mysterious killer, begins to stalk and slaughter the passengers. As the survivors try to uncover Jason's identity and stop him, they find themselves being picked off one by one. In the end, a young couple must fight for their lives against Jason and the treacherous waters of New York City.
