Gambling House background

Gambling House

A small-time hood's world is turned upside down when he's forced to take the fall for his crime boss's murder, putting his freedom and American citizenship at risk of being taken away.

Marc Fury, a small-time racketeer, agrees to plead self-defense for a murder committed by Joe Farrow, a gang boss, in exchange for Farrow's $50,000 I.O.U. After being acquitted, Fury faces deportation unless he can convince a judge to let him stay. As he works with Lynn Warren, a volunteer worker, to help a family of European refugees, Fury's tough exterior begins to soften. However, Farrow reneges on their deal, leading to a dramatic conclusion at Fury's final deportation hearing.
