Insurance investigator Maindrian Pace leads a double life as a skilled car thief, stealing vehicles with his team. When a South American drug lord hires them to steal 48 cars, they successfully steal all but one, a 1973 Ford Mustang known as "Eleanor". However, Pace's boss has secretly informed the police, setting off a high-stakes chase as Pace tries to escape detection.
